Tiger Woods will make a “game-time” decision over whether he will make his long-awaited return to action at The Masters, in what would be his first major appearance since last February’s career-threatening car crash. Louis Oosthuizen remained on course for a wire-to-wire victory at The 149th Open as a 69 on day three was enough to stay in the outright lead ahead of Collin Morikawa, with Jordan Spieth three back after a bogey, bogey finish.
