Rafa Benitez appointed as Everton manager
Everton have controversially appointed former Liverpool manager Rafael Benitez as their new head coach. The Spaniard has signed a three year deal at Goodison Park and replaces Carlo Ancelotti who left the club to take over Real Madrid.
